Steps to Reproduce

1. Get any parachute (regular, golden)
2. Stand in front of 1 block deep wall (possibly works with deeper walls depending on ability of opening the parachute, possibly with the speed potion effect inflicted)
3. Walk towards the wall, jump and open parachute
4. Once inside the wall, keep walking
5. You are now on the other side

What You Expect To Happen

Under ideal circumstances, one would not clip through the wall or even get inside it.

What Actually Happened

You can actually get through many otherwise protected walls, enabling a powerful exploit.
