Steps to Reproduce

This will likely happen on any monitor that allows Minecraft to have a GUI scale that's above 5, in my case its in both windowed and fullscreen mode on a 4k monitor. 8 is the maximum for me.
1.Open Minecraft
2.Switch to Aether main menu
3.Go to options and set GUI to something higher than 5 (if your monitor limits you to 5 and below you can try to use some sort of super resolution technique to render minecraft at resolutions that are above your hardware limit in order to reproduce this)
4.Go back to main menu and see that at least one button is cut off below

What You Expect To Happen

What should be happening is that no GUI element is completely or even partly out of your screen.

What Actually Happened

The "Quit Game" element was nearly completely cut off.

Additional Details

This problem might be worse on even higher resolutions such as 8k or in the future even 16k.
