Vanilla horses don't seems to step up one block anymore. The only mods I'm playing with (Other than dependencies) are AppleSkin, Hwyla, Journeymap and JEI. Unless if I'm remembering wrong and vanilla horses don't step up one block, then this is a minor issue.

Also there are no recipes for wool capes. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but I thought I'd just throw this here.
