Steps to Reproduce

I do not know how to reproduce this as this happened to me because of independent factors.

What You Expect To Happen

Nothing. I was minding my business.

What Actually Happened

I was minding my own business on the OATS when suddenly, dialogue for speaking to a Valkyrie Queen popped up for me, even though I was nowhere near a Silver Dungeon, much less a Valkyrie Queen. I exited out of the dialogue, and this proceeded to happen about 9-10 more times. Apparently, it came to light that another player was talking to a queen and this was somehow affecting me.
