Steps to Reproduce
Consistently reproducible.
-
Strike a pig-like mob (like a Zombified Piglin) with the Pig Slayer.
-
Strike another one, this time with a critical hit.
-
Strike another one, this time with Pig Slayer enchanted with sharpness.
-
Strike an undead mob with the Holy Sword.
-
Strike another one, this time with a critical hit.
What You Expect To Happen
I expect critical hits and enchantments to deal greater damage than regular hits.
What Actually Happened
Hitting undead mobs with critical hits using the Holy Sword deals the same amount of damage as with regular hits. In the case of Pig Slayer, landing critical hits or having it enchanted with sharpness actually makes the weapon deal less damage than it would with regular hits.
