Steps to Reproduce
1: Equip a swet cape
2: Give a swet a high speed level with commands and right-click it immediately after
3: Move
What You Expect To Happen
The swet would move at very fast speeds
What Actually Happened
The swet had no difference in movement speed than it does with no potion effects
