Steps to Reproduce

1: Change your minecraft skin to something with a sleeve layer on the end of the arm
2: Equip gloves
3: Observe in anguish that you can see the sleeve layer clip through slightly

What You Expect To Happen

The outer layer would not clip through the glove

What Actually Happened

The outer layer did clip through the glove
