Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use the Cloud Staff to summon Cloud Minions.
  2. Bounce on a blue aercloud.

What You Expect To Happen

I expect the minions to follow me.

What Actually Happened

The minions get banished to the shadow realm.

Additional Details

The minions will vanish whenever the player manages to get away from them faster than they can keep up. The bug can be reproduced by gaining enough speed with elytra, taking a sharp turn while using elytra, using a riptide trident, etc. Bouncing on a blue aercloud is by far the easiest method.
