Feature: Entity Accessory System

- Should only work with Aether type curios accessories.
- Need to have this working with vanilla mob armor drop logic and also mob armor equip logic.
- Allow certain entities to wear Aether accessories and benefit from their abilities if they exist. This would also apply to armor abilities with gloves.
- Allow certain entities to spawn with accessories, e.g. Skeletons could spawn with Chain Gloves and Piglins could spawn with gold accessories.
- mobs that spawn with armor should only have a chance at spawning with gloves too, as gloves technically make the mob even stronger, so for the sake of balancing relative to vanilla they shouldnt always spawn with gloves.
- Armor stands should be able to have Gloves, Pendants, and Capes equipped to them.
