The Aether Portal Blocks (The blue ones inside the glowstone frame) should emit light.

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

Portals that are at least 3x3 interior have notable color change in the portal when it is dark. It is more noticeable at night. This would be prevented by having them emit light.
