What Is Your Feature Request?
Add a config option to disable the MOA skin button in the pause menu when Aether's custom accessories menu is disabled and the normal one is used instead. (From Accessories/Curios) From what I know, such toggle does not yet exist. Apologies if I'm wrong.
Why Should It Be in the Mod?
It should be up the player to decide whether they want that button to show or not. Having a random button that you will probably never use and that is not even properly aligned with the rest of the pause menu buttons can be rather... annoying. Plus, one may not need it at all for the purposes of their modpack.
Does This Feature Improve Compatibility With Another Mod?

It is possible to move the button off the screen with the button position config options if you need it to not be seen.
After some discussion we might also implement a bit of a better system for handling this that I'll get to work on sometime soon.
