This seems to be an issue without Immersive Portals too, I forgot vanilla allowed mounts into portals in 1.21 so I probably need to make mounts on top of the player teleport properly too.

Now I cannot reproduce this and I'm wondering if it were maybe because it was in an instance that I uninstalled Immersive Portals from to test given none of the clean instances are having the issue. May just have to close this and see if Immersive Portals fixing mount handling resolves the issue (if it doesn't maybe I also need to make some of the code not run with it installed).
