Crash Report (if applicable)

Steps to Reproduce
Not entirely sure, occurred just while players were walking around the overworld.
Before running into this error however I changed:
Aether 1.5.1 -> Aether 1.5.4
Added Accessories 1.1.0-beta (previously it was using it from Aether directly presumably)
Removed Trinkets, added tclayer 3.10.0 (to allow for Trinkets from Artifacts mod to work with Aether without deletions)
What You Expect To Happen
Nothing of note
What Actually Happened
Server crashed suddenly when entity ticked
Additional Details
Is almost certainly related to Accessories given the references to entity equipment and the changes made to cause this.
