Installing Indium is the fix for this, it resolves the compatibility issue.

I was running into issues running this with a few other mods, after hours of troubleshooting, it turns out this bug is currently affecting the 1.20.1 version of this mod, which is quite the exercise to 1) find the cause of, and 2) search for the solution to fix this.

the bug that was reported in issue #2635 (which was previously mentioned to be fixed, in that issue) is still present in the 1.20.1 build of the mod. having only sodium installed, and not sodium+indium, breaks the games text.

Installing Indium is the fix for this, it resolves the compatibility issue.

then it should be listed as a dependency, or at least communicated better. because now someone has to first identify sodium is the mod causing the incompatibility, and then go looking for a solution.

This is why it's the first pinned issue on this repository, despite it being marked as fixed, but it is marked as fixed alongside the comment in that issue ticket that the fix is to install Indium.
