skyroot tools should check if a block has a tag named something like #aether:skyroot_tool_can_double in addition to checking if it has the double drops block state

Why Should It Be in the Mod?

there are certain blocks (both vanilla and modded) that cant be cheesed for exponential drops and should be allowed the bonus drop from skyroot tools, such as amethyst crystals, coal ore, certus and entro crystals (from AE2 and Extended AE respectively), ect.

itd also be nice to change ambrosium ore to give double drops even if you mine it with silk touch and place it back down by using this tag instead of the block state. i dont really think this is a huge balance issue since among other tactics similar to it, you can get effectively infinite ambrosium with holystone tools and a cobblestone generator anyways. just a weird quirk with ambrosium ore thats always annoyed me
