Steps to Reproduce

This will happen every time.

Steps to reproduce:
Place an EvilCraft Eternal Water Block on the ground.
Equip either the Ice Ring or Necklace from The Aether.
Walk up to/over the eternal water block.

What You Expect To Happen

Nothing. These two items should not interact.

What Actually Happened

The eternal water block was replaced with ice. Additionally, two Eternal Water Blocks were dropped as entities.

Additional Details

I found the bug while playing All The Mods 10, v4.11. I tested a basic neoforge 1.21.1 install with only The Aether and Evilcraft, and could not reproduce the bug, however, it seems that block detection from the ice ring/necklace are the most likely culprit.
