Steps to Reproduce

Equip elytra and a cloud parachute, then fly down from the Aether so you get enough downward speed to trigger the bug.

What You Expect To Happen

I expect to be able to keep flying using the elytra.

What Actually Happened

The cloud parachute interrupts my flight.
