Check whether this was in the original mod. If it wasn't, close this ticket.

Need to investigate this, it's in the 1.12 code but I'm not sure if it was actually an original feature or if we should just implement it anyways. Seems putting Enchanted Gravitite under an Altar boosted its speed and putting a Magma Block under an Incubator boosted its speed.

If this is maintained it should be handled through tags.

Likely not going to bother with this, due to not being originally in the mod to any degree.
