Have a UUID whitelist file that determines what players can use the Sun Altar on servers.

admin_sun_altar config may need to be removed or changed a bit along with implementing this.

• Admins should always have access to use the Sun Altar.
• Config should likely be changed to set whether using the Sun Altar is based on whitelist or if any player can use it, if that isn't handled through a command system instead.
