- Also check for bucket consumption.
- Slightly related: make blue ice obtainable from freezing.
- Slightly related: make ice craftable from skyroot water bucket.
- Slightly related: Adjust learnability for certain enchanting and freezing recipes (mainly ice).
- Move ice pendant and ring crafting from using group to just using a freezable accessory tag for each.
