Steps to Reproduce

1: Equip yourself with an agility cape.
2: Try to walk over some fences.

What You Expect To Happen

The player shouldn't be able to go past it, even if they try to jump over it.

What Actually Happened

You can actually step over the fence, without jumping.

This behavior was noticed while playing on ants.
