No, it is actually an ItemStackWrap, which is a tome, (quite successfully) pretending to be a bow.
Currently you can't put morphed tomes into tomes

Don't get scared, you have just triggered an attachment recipe while taking the books out, so now one of them will have the missing one inside. Just detach it with ctrl+shift+q.
