Shows the modifiers for a loot capacitor from EnderIO in the tooltip (while holding left CTRL):
As of version 0.3, we have the Analyzer Block. This Block helps you comparing different capacitors with the default versions in a nice graph view. In addition, capacitor information are only displayed in the tooltip, if you have put the capacitor into an analyzer before. (configurable)
