MCPF: Custom Colors mess with block coloring in an incorrect way

Bug Report
Having the custom colors option causes leads to the following issues:
- Incorrect/White coloring on random leaves and grass blocks
- The color of grass blocks isn't universally applied and underlying dirt blocks are not colored at all.
- Random water blocks on the surface are messed up color wise
