White box for redstone torch rendering

Seems like redstone torch has a strange white boundaries under specific angles:

Regular torches is fine.
P.S. It also doesn't related to mob spawning overlay, just my capture program has the same hotkey as overlay toggle.

- This issue is not related to a feature that is disabed by default - Shaders, MCPF, etc. [They'll be enabled when they're ready for testing]
This is image demonstrating how the torch looks like from further distance. Video from first message also still viable.
try disabling compact vertex format, this looks like it could be a precision issue
