Railcraft tanks aren't rendering fluids correctly

Playing on Apple Silicon M1 Pro, 2021 MacBook Pro 14', 16 GB unified memory.
The attached image shows an iron railcraft tank containing creosote. The texture instead shows what looks to be an ore resembling vanilla diamond ore, but overexposed.
This only happened after enabling Angelica (and updating the required mods).
Mod List or GTNH Pack Version
GTNH 2.5.1 (stable) was used as the starting point.
Added the following mods:
Zume 0.13.2
ServerUtilities 2.0.23
JustEnoughCalculation 1.7.10-4.0
Updated the following mods (version listed is the version I'm using):
GTNHLib 0.2.10
Hodgepodge 2.4.32
CodeChickenCore 1.2.1
CodeChickenLib 1.2.1
UniMixins 0.1.15
Replaced JourneyMap Fairplay 5.1.4p6 with JourneyMap (full version) 5.1.4p6
Disabled FastCraft 1.25 (didn't replace it due to Angelica incompatibility).
As far as I know, I'm not using shaders or MCPF.
Final Checklist
- I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
- I have read the known incompatibilities and this is not related to one of those.
- I am running an officially released version. (Or, if I've compiled it myself I plan to fix the issue)
- This issue is not related to a feature that is disabed by default - Shaders, MCPF, etc. [They'll be enabled when they're ready for testing]
