Some textures seem to not "move" fast enough or not at all

For sparks it was already happening, but i'm not sure for the portal, and the fluid is Flowing Spirit

- I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
- I have read the known incompatibilities and this is not related to one of those.
- I am running an officially released version. (Or, if I've compiled it myself I plan to fix the issue)
- This issue is not related to a feature that is disabed by default - Shaders, MCPF, etc. [They'll be enabled when they're ready for testing]
I'm having similar inconsistent animation issues with Chisel and ArchitectureCraft blocks. These problems go away when speedupAnimations=false
, however my game gets oddly choppy despite showing a consistent 140 FPS. When I remove Angelica, the choppiness and animation problems go away. Here's a few examples:
Toggle.HUD.-.Roof.Tile.Block.webm
- An ArchitectureCraft 'Roof Tile' block created from a Chisel 'Techincal Block' won't animate unless the actual Chisel block is being rendered. Toggling the HUD can stop animations too.
Animated.Chisel.Blocks.webm
- 'Futura Block' and 'Energized Voidstone' won't animate unless you highlight the blocks or hold those blocks in your hotbar
- Massive fan 'Industrial Technical Block' won't animate unless you highlight the block
- 'Futura Block - Poptart Rainbow' animates without issue
