If you use any +1.8 skin backport mod or feature (like Ears mod or FoamFix 1.8 skin backport feature), grass and leaves graphics break if you are empty handed or using Thaumometer.
This does not happen with Lumy Skin Patch.
This does not happen while holding any item except Thaumometer or using F1 to hide HUD.

Final Checklist
- I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
- I have read the known incompatibilities and this is not related to one of those.
- I am running an officially released version. (Or, if I've compiled it myself I plan to fix the issue)
- This issue is not related to a feature that is disabed by default - Shaders, MCPF, etc. [They'll be enabled when they're ready for testing]
Does skinport support ears (and tails, and whatever else ears adds, etc)
No but it works with Smart Moving and Angelica perfectly.
Happens on AMD too. I had less mods, (no content mods) will post my list shortly.
Skinport is abandoned and uses a hacky transparency check, causing the majority of Alex skins to be flagged as Steve. It does not use the Mojang API proper, which causes false results when checking. It should not be used.

And yet it works with smart moving and angelica perfectly, and Iβve been using it for over 8 years with no issues :)
Does Skinport support translucency in the hat layer?
yeah Iβm pretty sure it does, but I canβt check for a few days. I have goggles on my character that are slightly transparent
