Without Angelica, you can see that the bottom of the dimension is supposed to look like the overworld (roughly).

With Angelica, it replaces this with the texture for the moon phases, for some unfathomable reason.

Mod List or GTNH Pack Version

Reproducible with just StarMiner and Angelica. Removing Angelica fixes the issue. None of the in-game settings seemed to fix it when toggled.
