Shader: Complementary Reimgained r5.3 + EuphoriaPatches 1.4.1 (This is a long standing issue)
Any time there exists a setting in a shaderpack which uses a slider (e.g. comp reimagined's "Night Nebula Brightness" in the atmosphere sub menu), the slider position will follow your mouse cursor after clicking and not holding on the slider once. Intended behavior should be that the slider only follows your mouse position if you are click dragging / holding down click.
Note that currently the only ways to stop the slider from following you mouse after clicking once is either to click again or to drag the mouse pointer off of the slider bar UI feature entirely.
