Chunks missing at high negative coordinates

All chunks besides the one i am standing in stopped rendering randomly upon reaching a certain negative coordinate level, i am at -16685 -56481
As soon as i port back home, which is around -8000 and the reload the shader, it works again.
Visiting the outer coordinates temporarily borks the shader until i return to lower coordinates and shader reload.
Stepping into the void into anothe chunk makes it visible, then rendering only the new one i just stepped in.'
All of this only happens when shaders are on

- I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
- I have read the known incompatibilities and this is not related to one of those.
- I am running an officially released version. (Or, if I've compiled it myself I plan to fix the issue)
This might be fixed by beta26.
The chunks not rendering at all issue is fixed in 27, but Entity culling and Tile Entity renders like chests are still borked over in that coordinate range (Also again, only when running shaders)
