Bug Report
Whenever I look in a specific direction (always ~45 degrees down, but the cardinal direction changes) most mobs have severe bloom. From what I can see it's somewhat related to the time of day/moon phase, but I can't tell what the exact connection is.

Final Checklist
- I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
- I have read the known incompatibilities and this is not related to one of those.
- I am running an officially released version. (Or, if I've compiled it myself I plan to fix the issue)
Looks like this only happens with labPBR/seuspbr (which I enabled without knowing what it was).
I'm not sure if it's related, but this seems to be affected by which chunk you're in. It's also happening on non-entity geometry. If I look around 180 degrees away from the sun, the bloom gets slightly worse when I'm in the left chunk. The threshold where it shows is maybe ~10 degrees and it gets worse depending on how close to the centre my cursor is. The sun is around that big, but I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or not.
