Support the different ColorSpaces feature that Sodium has in modern MC Versions.

OLED and other highly color accurate monitors (10-Bit) are getting cheaper and really widespread, and even if bigger colorspaces cost performance, the smoother transitions and color fading is reducing the very ugly color-banding a lot for my monitors in sodium.

• I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
• I have read the known incompatibilities and this is not related to one of those.
• This issue is not related to a feature that is disabed by default - MCPF, etc. [They'll be enabled when they're ready for testing]
