Hey!
Starlight's light engine architecture is much faster than even Phosphor (97.75 to 3.328125 seconds), and it would benefit this mod much. It'd also optimize shaders utilizing lights. You can find it's technical details here.

Final Checklist
- I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
- I have read the known incompatibilities and this is not related to one of those.
- This issue is not related to a feature that is disabed by default - MCPF, etc. [They'll be enabled when they're ready for testing]
I beg you, please implement it fully. Even though it has amazing performance with just a part of it implemented, a full implementation would be beneficial.
Angelica is not the place for this as it is client side only and Starlight has to also be on the server.
I mean... we could technically do that, but why go through the effort of backporting and then only putting it on one side? If it happens, it's going in Hodgepodge.
Another good place would be in ArchaicFix to replace the Phosphor LE it has
