[Bug] optifine water/glass flickering when dogs/cats present

Expected Behavior
water/glass not flickering
Actual Behavior
when using it alongside optifine, water and glass will flicker when cats/dogs in frame
Steps to Reproduce
use optifine and place cats/dogs near water/glass and it will flicker
Version of Minecraft, version of Animania, Single Player or Server
forge 1.12.2 - versions 14.23.5.2859 & 14.23.5.2855
