Implement handling transport on the server

Non-critical, can be implemented after the ModFest
Basic idea:
Player holding forward -> send to server "moving to Node X", play gate effects
Player stopped holding forward -> send to server "stopped moving", stop playing effects
Server counts down ticks when player is moving to node X, reaches zero -> tp player to destination, send to client "arrived at Node X", client plays arrival effects
