ME Interface in subnet is filled completely with `FE` in internal slots (AppliedFlux add-on)

Describe the Bug

If you connect ME Pattern Provider to ME Interface (flat) with Induction Cards present in both, ME Interface will be filled with FE.

How to Reproduce the Bug

  1. Create a simple ME network with FE storage
  2. Install ME Pattern Provider and add Induction Card to it
  3. Install flat ME Interface to ME Pattern Provider and also add Induction Card to it to create a subnet
  4. Watch as ME Interface is completely filled with FE

Expected Behavior

ME Interface will know that there is FE in the network and will work with it as if it were one network, but ME Interface in the subnet can only receive FE, but not export it back. In this case, no slots in the ME Interface are filled with FE, unless we specify it explicitly by dragging FE (as a liquid) into the import slot.

it is intended, induction card allows me device to output/input energy, regardless it is marked on the config slot
