[Bug] There is no fixed order of templates in Assembler Matrix

Assembler Matrix does not have a fixed order of templates when re-entering the world. Also, the template access terminal (and extended terminal) shows a random order of crafting templates, which changes each time the terminal is opened.
MC version: Neoforge 1.21.1 - 21.1.92
Mod version: 2.1.7
