[Suggestion] Blacklist or separately configure multiplier for certain key types in Oversize Interface

I am trying to balance a pack containing Applied Botanics such that abusing interfaces to store Mana is not the meta, but at the moment even with the default multiplier (which I don't want to adjust for items/fluids) the Oversize Interface can hold far too much mana (8 mana pools in one slot). I am considering a mixin to Applied Botanics to nerf the per-slot amount for Mana, but as I do not want to limit the throughput in Interface or Extended Interface too severely, it would be nice if I could adjust the multiplier for this key type in the Oversize Interface specifically.
