There are times when I'd like to provide power when using a ME Import/Export Bus.

You can mark FE in export bus, and it will output energy.
Import bus is disabled for FE because it can drain energy unintentionaly.

Ok, I think when I listed Import, I was wanting the "ME Import Export Bus". Because when I first tried it all I saw was the energy depleting out of the machine and not being refilled. It wasn't until it completely emptied that it refilled and then it kept the machine powered after that. Thank you for the information.
