During normal standing position..

Aqua Acrobatics lowers view as if I was 1 block tall.

Removing Aqua Acrobatics returns to the normal view.

I actually am having this issue but I have no clue what mod might be causing it. I added this to RLCraft Dregora modpack.

Its just the player view but if you L/R click it will be as if view is normal. You can interact with things if the crosshair would normally be on something even though in the messed up view you arent hovering over anything.

I will say that I have removed MoBends and still have the issue.

I have figured out what is the problem.

If I load up the pack I am having this problem on and load into a world I of course have my camera in lower half of body.

I open the config for Aqua Acrobatics and disable the integration for Random Patches and poof, my view is corrected.

If I turn the integration back on the problem doesn't come back even if I change from MP to SP.

ONLY after a client restart does the issue come back.
