The issue is just as the title suggests. Although it's not a big issue, no drops in creative mode like the vanilla, I suppose, is better.

This is intentional, it's the same behavior as with breaking shulker boxes in creative: if it was empty, it doesn't drop anything; if it had items (or shards, in case of clay pots) it drops the silk touched one
