Hotkey to toggle night vision

Would be nice to have a hotkey to toggle night vision on and off, similar to EnderIO's helmet. Nice to turn off NV when it isn't needed.

Keybindings to toggle the Night Vision Goggles and Universal Attractor have been added in version 1.19.3-6.0.0.
