Crash on launch when using Artifacts 9.3.0 and Sounds 0.5.0

Describe the bug
I'm unsure which mod causes this, so forgive me if it's Sounds -

Before even getting to the main menu, these two mods crash together despite having seemingly nothing to do with each other. Notably, it's not the fault of any dependencies - the crash isn't triggered with the same mod set without Artifacts, nor with the same mod set without Sounds. Log below!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Sounds 0.5.0 and Artifacts 9.3.0 together (with dependencies, of course) on Quilt
  2. Launch the game
  3. See error

Presumably an issue on Sounds' end, given the author's closure. Not fixed, but not going to be fixed if that's the case. Please disregard.
