In previous versions Digging Claws has giving stone tool equivalent and it seems to not anymore in the ATM10 pack at least (It was my favorite item in previous additions because of that feature and I'd really appreciate it coming back.)

According to somebody I asked this may be a bug so I'm going to do some testing to make sure I'm not crazy
