Steadfast Spikes causes extreme knockback

Describe the bug
When wearing the Steadfast Spikes, getting hit by a mob causes you to fly off screen an extreme distance. Removing the Steadfast Spikes gets rid of this behavior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Wear Steadfast Spikes
  2. Get hit by mob
  3. Go flying.

On top of that, it causes a very long lag spike.
