Gold hook seems to be incompatible with other XP boosts.

Describe the bug
Using golden hook seems to disable any boosts from other sources. Using an ancient knowledge potion that boosts XP by 400% per potion level will no longer give any boost after equipping the gold hook.
On a side note, the XP boost is not recognized by the mod apothic attributes, despite it saying I should have an extra 500% XP gain, I still get normal XP levels with gold hook.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
A few seconds on my enderman farm usually gives 30+ levels with the knowledge potion. With the hook, I barely get 4 levels.
Game Environment
Playing all the mods 10, version 2.9 (Not latest modpack version but it did seem to happen on later versions)
MC version 1.21.1
Mod version 12.0.5
Hello! You reported an issue on the Relics GitHub but later deleted it and wrote here instead. The RAR-compat mod overrides the artifact implementation, and in case of errors, it's better to report them on the Relics or RAR-compat GitHub page.
In the latest version of RAR-compat, this bug has already been fixed! You just need to update ATM or manually download RAR-compat.
