
Config for "enableCooldownOverlay" does not work

Bug description
Assuming this overlay refers to the helium flamingo's rechanging bar. It does not seem to work. I tried to disable it but the bar still appears and changing the offset does nothing.
Steps to reproduce
- Disable enableCooldownOverlay in client config.
- Equip and use helium flamingo
- The overlay still appears.

The cooldown overlay refers to a hud element that becomes visible when an artifact you're wearing goes on cooldown, e.g. the Obsidian Skull after taking fire damage.
I'm assuming you made this issue because helium flamingo's charge overlaps with another mod's HUD elements? I'll keep this issue open as a reminder to add a config option that allows you to adjust its location.
Yes, it overlaps with the thirst bar from tough as nails mod. Switching to dehydration mod fixed the issue, but having an option to change the offsets sounds great.
