Relics and artifacts game breaking bug

Bug description

This bug happens between two items, one from artifacts and other from the relics mod. This bug allows you to travel at insane speed and lag the server from chunk loading.

Steps to reproduce

1- Equip the Helium Flamingo and the Roller Skates from the relics mod
2- Start flying with the Helium Flamingo and see yourself travelling some hundreds of thousands of blocks

As mentioned in #383, this issue isn't limited to the helium flamingo, since it happens in modded fluids as well. It will have to be fixed on Relics' side, since it's ultimately caused by the roller skates not having a speed limit.
