Feature : Hotbar appears on durability change
Attempted fix : disabled "Reveal on hand change"
Bug : Hotbar no longer appears when switching slots when "Reveal on switching slot" is enabled and "Reveal on hand change" is disabled. all other components/conditions related to the hotbar revealing appear to be functional under this bug.

Happens in Fabric to me, additionally the option Reveal on switching slot doesn't work since 8.1.
Would be nice to separate hand change and durability tool change because when using tools the hotbar constantly shows up then hides.
